Title: Help Id Czech Sklo Skrdlovice? vase. ID = Chribksa

I was hoping for a little help on id & designer for this Czech vase.  Skrdlovice?

Measures 9 1/2" high and 4 1/2" wide.

Thanks again for all your help on these closet pieces that have been gathering dust.

Pretty sure this one is Chribksa but I don't have time to check right now.
