Title: Archimede Seguso Perfume atomiser - Is this Macchi Ambre?

This came as an additional bottle from my puntiforme one. I am not sure what style this is and macchi amber is the closest I can come to. Never seen this before, anybody got any ideas?

The seller suggested it was Polveri.
