Time to start a new part of this long-running sticky topic. See the links below for the earlier parts. Please do add your themed displays or collections below for us all to admire, envy, or drool over, as appropriate. 8)

This is one of our two showcases. This one is art nouveau glass and art nouveau pieces (with two or three exceptions).

My little "Füger & Taube" Display.

And our vintage glass collection. Spot the natural foe of our glass on the top of the display.

My little "Füger & Taube" Display.
These pieces are wonderful! Thank you for sharing your collection with us Stephan.

"guarding" like in "guarding a mousehole"? ;D There already were glass-casualties by her.

I put oranges and lemons in beside my display to discourage the cats from taking any interest in climbing on the shelves.
They don't like the smell of citrus. They do leave my shelves alone. 8)
I've only had one cat breakage in about 23 years of collecting. And the vase was in a stupid place, it was my fault she knocked it off. ::)

It's NEVER the cat's fault ;) We had two losses in all the time.

The theme of this showing is "the pot plants have gone outside"
Some recent purchases some a bit older.
Hope you like them.

Love that display - the shapes and colours work beautifully.
I'm inspired to change up my display on white shelves and to use those vases I've not previously included :)

Thanks for the kind words M.
I don't have any particular artistic traits but collecting glass gives me a chance to educate my eye.
Over the years this topic has been quite popular, i suppose because everyone has been quite proud to show off the items they have collected.
I am still truly bitten by the bug of collecting glass .

Oh me too. I still love the thrill of working out when it was made, who made it, how it was made. No other art would fill that need.
And finding the odd piece of 'unusual' glass to add to my collection :)

My glass display. Most of this has been handed down.

This one I haven’t placed yet. My mom just passed away. This was my grandmother’s.

Another year has gone by and the pot plants have made there way outside.
Some new bits of glass up on the shelf.
Nice to have some sunshine on the glass it brings out the colours.
