This 6" dish is by the Finnish designer Oiva Toikka originally for the Nuutajärvi company. The Kastehelmi (Dewdrop) decoration was designed in 1964 and continued in production until 1984. The uranium version is more unusual but whether it is an earlier piece I don't know. Oiva Toikka went on to work for Iitala, this is a link to an interesting biography.

In your link it says that " The Kastehelmi series was in production for more than 20 years. In 2010, it was reintroduced to celebrate Oiva’s 50 years of work with the company. "
I believe they are still produced, at least they can be bought new at an Iittala outlet near me.

Yes I read that in the link and I think they still make them, I wonder if they still use Uranium?
