Hello
I have an owl same color and same stripes sign by Mdina . So not Murano but Malta.

Well mine is a  bit more blue

Silver Stain's bird is definitly not Mdina or any Maltese glass. 
 Can we see a picture of the base of your bird Silver Stain please?

I had a look and couldn't find anything similar by Mdina but there are a lot of Murano birds with similar tail feathers and the gold swirls are very Murano.

It looks very like Archimede Seguso style.
