Title: Jan Gabrhel for Chlum u Trebone? Vase ID Help. ID= Riihimaen Lasi

Hello, I have seen what appears to be this exact same vase listed on Etsy as a Jan Gabrhel for Chlum u Trebone. But I can't find any other evidence of it being such / any other examples of the vase online. Is there an online database for Jan Gabrhel? Any ideas on whether you think this is a correct id would be great :)
