Title: Blue pressed glass #1 - ID = Walther

Hope your all well,slim pickings for obvious reasons I’m afraid and so looking forward to the boot fair hunting season !!,but I did find these in a skip the other day,they are pressed glass ..maybe American..French ??any thoughts thanks

The large one is on www.pressglas-pavillon.de under Drinkware and Decanters, in the Walther section.

And that's why they should be in separate topics please - or we have to twiddle and fiddle to split the topic into two and pop each bit into its proper country forum.  ::)   :-*

Hello bat 20, could you possibly repost the smaller glass which was identified as Portieux. I've attached a photo of a basket I have which looks to be a similar pattern but on researching it I came up with the factory Matthew Turnbull, Cornhill Glassworks, Sunderland. They produced a similar pattern of alternate petals? and pyramids and also blue glass around 1900. I was thinking your glass might actually be by them.  Nev.
