I bought a job lot at an auction this week and appear to have bought a piece of sunderland glass by ANGUS & GREENER which was the first to be registered in thier name on 21/12/1858. Just a bowl with wear on the base....
Does the fact that this was the first registration of this partnership make the item worth more......

As always - the value of something is merely what someone is willing to pay at the time, and if they are willing to pay more for a first registration, well......
