The green colouring of this vase is usually associated with Harrach but I can't find much similar online with or without a Harrach mark. It is opaline glass and does give off a glow under UV but only when the torch is placed right inside. It is 11" tall but is very thinly moulded and only weighs 1lb./500gms. If you look closely you'll notice the stag is levitating :).
