Title: Identify large hooped vase

Hi guys, I have a very unusual large hooped vase that I can't seem to find anything similar/any info on. It's quite large, 41cm in height, and no marks on the base but it appears to be hand blown. Any help identifying it would be really appreciated. Thanks!

Can't help with actual maker, but your vase has a green tint to it which might indicate it is made from recycled glass.  Gorgeous shape!
