Title: Cut to clear vase Czech?

I think it is Czech. I'm looking for the makers name and modelnumber and possibly the year it was made

help is appreciated

Is that a label on the top? It might be Czech or possibly Val St. Lambert.

No that is not the label but a price tag

It looks fairly typical of contemporary traditional Polish glass to me. Unless somebody knows this specific cut pattern belongs to one maker.

Maybe Caesar Crystal or possibly Ajka, but I think it might be one of the more contemporary Czech makes like Caesar.
