Title: Large bubble bowl with pedestal base

Can anyone help me identify the manufacturer of this vintage bowl? Measures 40cm across the widest part of bowl x 20 high with base. Bubble type design, appears to be pressed glass. Any assistance appreciated  :)

This appears to me to be slumped bowl made from a sheet glass glass referred to as "croc" pattern .The sheet glass is no longer manufactured but was used in stained glass constructions. The base is probably adhered to the upper bowl form with a very good adhesive.
