Title: Strathearn or Perthshire ?

3 inches across, I'm presuming Strathearn as there's no 'P' to be seen  ;D

I would say early Perthshire.  The colored twists would be unusual for Strathearn and everything says Perthshire to me.

Hi Keith

I agree with Allan - Perthshire probably PP1 design
and pre 1972 as after that date there would have
been a central "P" cane. If its a PP1 it should be about 3" diameter.
