Small, contemporary art glass vase has me mesmerized.  I hope someone will recognize the signature!  Thanks for looking;)

 :) Valletta. Maltese Studio Glass.
It was originally known as Mtarfa.
What is etched on the base is not an artist's signature, it's the factory mark.  :)

😃wow! I am so grateful!  I’ve heard of Mtarfa but never seen it in person, or a signature.  Thanks so much!!!
