Title: Help Please to ID Paperweight

Help to ID this glass paperweight.
Diameter 3.25" , snapped pontil.
Weight 523gm.

Would I be wrong in thinking possibly early IOW.

Yes think so, early IoWSG weights sit on a thin disc or pedestal. Yours could be Alum Bay though.
