Title: Tall blue trumpet vase

Can anyone identify this tall blue trumpet vase? It measures 30cm tall, diameter of top is 10.5cm base is 9.5cm.  Thanks in advance for any ideas.

If you hold it up to sunlight does it show a yellow/orange sort of colour? If so it is opalescent, perhaps early Victorian in date, large example too.

At last some sunshine! vase does not show a yellow / orange colour when held up sunlight so not opalescent?
