Title: Green uranium glass pedestal bowl, moulded flowers

Would anyone please suggest a maker for this green glass bowl with moulded flowers in relief on the exterior? It flouresces gently under a UV light. Length 10 1/2".

Is the ring around the base polished?

Yes, the foot does appear to be polished, John.
