Hi,

Welcome to the GMB.

From memory I believe much of Schneider's Art Deco tableware was not signed such as the tango glass water set you refer to.

In terms of a vase, I'm afraid I'm unable to confirm, would you be able to add a picture..?

Thanks for the image. A base shot may also help, if you're able to add one.

:) Do you own the copyright to that image?
You said the set was on ebay. It is perfectly acceptable to post a link to the sale, but not to remove an image from one and post that. We could get into legal trouble if you do not own the copyright. One of our moderators can remove the image, if you post the link.

I have misunderstood, I'm sorry. It was because you said it was on ebay but didn't say you had bought it.
If this is your own image it is perfectly fine and thank-you for confirming it is yours. :)

We are getting in a tangle.  ;D
This is the French area here, and it is for confirmed identities only.
Now I understand you were referring to some set on ebay I know nothing about, and which is not the glass you have. You were saying there are images on ebay I could go and search for.
I will ask a moderator to move this thread to the correct forum.
Don't worry about any of this.  ;)

Schneider is not always marked. And sometimes the mark can be found on the body of the piece.

Thanks for your help Schneider glass is French. The water set is the same colourway thats why I mentioned it as a reference only. I will post the second photo of the base as asked tomorrow.

Yes, Schneider is French, but it is not signed and there is no positive confirmation, yet.
We need proof positive before it gets to live in the French forum.  ;)

sorry, not a clue  -  are you able to post additional pix showing this piece in full  -  it may help massively with id that people here can see the full shape, colour also to know the size.  thanks.
P.S.     I'm confused  -  is this the same subject that appears in another thread posted by you yesterday?  Please clarify  -  thanks.           Obviously confusion.          Assuming this does refer to yesterday's post, then you don't need to post separately when you wish to add extra images or text  -  just go back to the original thread and post a new 'reply', and you can then add whatever you wish.            Assume the Mods. will shuffle all this and add your picture to yesterday's thread.

I did post a photo of the vase in the French section but it was moved to here because there is a doubt that it's not Schneider so not French. Although your members have said it is, as this range was not signed. I will post the height  measurement on this or the French over the weekend. Please advise.

I have merged your two topics about this piece to keep it all tidy. If you want to add more to this discussion please reply to THIS topic only, rather than starting another new one in Glass or France. Thank you.

:) We should be thanking you for resizing and posting your images directly here - it is very much appreciated and not always easy to do for everybody.
You can add 4 images per post. Just click on the words "more attachments" under the box, and a new box will appear.

The  measurements for the Schneider Tango vase I'm asking about to the members is 20cm high X20cm wide.
I can take more photos of the vase this weekend if this will confirm the glasshouse.

Sorry I'm having trouble sending my new photo of my vase. I've reduced the size but it does not seem to work.

I take it back third time lucky! I hope your members can  better see the orange cloudy colour. I have had your members confirming that it's Schneider of not any other ideas ? Thanks
