Title: Help Id Modernist Czech (?) Art Glass Console Bowl w/ Applied Trails

I picked up this console bowl from a local estate here in the Central Atlantic / US.  I suspect Czech, any input would be very much appreciated.

Thick walled.  12 1/2" diameter, 10 1/2" (I.D.) at the rim edge, 3 1/2" high.  Polished foot ring.
