4 inches tall, marked 'Tudor' can't find the pattern on any of the usual sites, a pair for a £1 seems ok to me ;D ;D
-
Not completely traditional, and very, very attractive.
It is good to see such interesting non symmetrical cuts above the other bits. ;D
-
It has 4 lens cuts, is that the right term ? not clear in the photo ::) ;D but an interesting pattern ;D
-
I did spot the lenses, they have false eyelashes. ;D
-
That's a good name for the pattern, Tudor 'False lashes' ;D ;D

According to Roger Dodsworth's book 'British Glass Between the Wars' - he says of the single word backstamp ...... "Registered as Trade name 1927, User Claimed from 20 May 1924. Of the slightly later mark 'Made in - over Tudor - over England ....... he says simply 1930s. This second one gives rise to the joke Made in Tudor England ;) I don't recall seeing your mark before Keith, but I may simply have forgotten. Nice glass - small relief diamonds would you say?

Couldn't say Paul, still not found the pattern yet ::) ;D
