Title: Unusual signed paperweight with odd shape?????

This seems to have a bit going on compared to many i have bought so i thought
i would share it with you and hopefully get some ideas of when or where it may have
been made. Signed possibly c 11L OR chL Hard to show really stands 3" tall x 3.5" long

Yes I would say Caithness second as well, very pretty weight ❤️
