Title: ID Help Art Deco Style Vase Marked Made In France
Post by: TurdFlu on October 22, 2021, 09:23:11 PM
Found this Art Deco style vase today. It has a raised hard to read "Made in France" on the bottom. Not sure who would have made this? I found this one with the same pattern but as a lamp shade. Not sure if this website sells new or old items. https://www.cliniqueduluminaire.com/boule-art-deco Also found this one in yellow, no extra info. http://ancientpoint.com/inf/168265-antique_1920s_unusual_french_art_deco_old_vintage_glass_geometric_modernist_vase.html

You might have trouble identifying this as it could be by several makers but you could try Espaivet (SPV) or Cagny for a start.

It does come up in yellow when I search Pierre De Cagny. The link is dead though so no more info or real confirmation. The rest of the Cagny glass sure has the same look. Especially around the rim.

Isn't Pierre de Cagny usually signed?
