Title: Davidson Green Cloud Plate Pattern 280.

something else from my walk this morning  -  green cloud seems to be a colour I see only rarely  -  this one looks to match the plate for pattern 280 at 7.75 inches edge to edge - though I believe there was a larger version.                         Green made between 1934 and 1941 and IIRC they made 49,825 pieces ;)  -  I wonder how many remain whole.
