I've had a search and the closest I can find to this is the Davidson 234 shown on the Glass Gallery. It's in an unusual uranium mint? green and has a ground base with minimal wear. It certainly looks to be around 1880-1900 in design but may be later, the ivy leaf pattern reminds me of a black tea caddy posted a while ago. It's 16cm. long x 11cm. tall.

The Davidson 234 has roses. A lot of companies were making these little baskets and yours is only similar in shape and not a Davidson colour. It's not beyond the realms of possibilities that the mould was by the same maker

It's probably wishful thinking but there seems to be a very faint mark inside on the base, possibly a 1st. Greener lion, I can't photograph it. It does have similar design features to other Greener pieces, the vertical lines, rim, bark handles and concentric lines on the base.
