Title: Millefiori paperweight ..Belgian ?

Hi , this paperweight was advertised as Scottish, but I’m not sure it is?.It has a flat polished base with no wear and the glass has a tint of grey , I also don’t think it’s murano which doesn’t exclude them !😀..It’s 70mm wide and has placed air bubbles between the yellow canes.Any thoughts many thanks .

They look like Murano canes to me, but I could be wrong of course
