Hello, this vase is 11cm tall and has a rough pontil. Any ideas of origin or maker, much appreciated.

At a guess modern Chinese.

I don't think it's Chinese. It's far too small and the crude base finish is not correct for the rough Chinese base. I do think it's a small studio piece, but not which studio.
There are many I know nothing about.
