Title: Scrabble paperweight help

Could anyone help identify this?
Measures 4.5cm in diameter and 3cm in height
Thought it was Murano initially but seems to be better quality.

It is Baccarat's antique version of a millefiori scramble, called a Macédoine.  Dates from the classic period 1845-1860 or maybe a bit later.
