Title: Uranium Green Ashtray & Match Holder

Hi all,
can anyone help identify maker and approximate date of this UG Ashtray with Match Holder? Not been able to tack down any thing like it so far.
Base is approx 9 W x 9 D x 2cm H, Match Holder is oval, slots into pressed recess on base, approx 7 w x 4 d x 4cm h. When assembled 7cm in height. Strong response to UV. 296g total weight. All suggestions welcome, thank you in advance!

It's unusual and I can't remember seeing one like it. Probably 1930's, Czech or German, Libochovice made some small boxes with a similar decoration.
