Not the most common pattern, this No.2077 uranium jade glass bowl is approx. 9"x4" and weighs an impressive 3 1/2lbs
It has an impressed "British Make" mark. Photo 1 is the truest to actual colour.

very impressive Nev., shame you're missing the black plinth/base ;) - made in two sizes, this being the larger of course, and Jobling appear to have a passion for calling this design a salad bowl.
Very annoyingly, and out of all the Jobling designs that were provided with a BoT Reg. No., this design is one of about sixteen that Baker and Crowe acknowledge as lacking a known Rd. No. - though whether since their 'Collectors Guide' was published in 1985 details have surfaced, I'm not aware. Could be wrong, but it appears that this design first appears in the factory catalogue for 1934.

Thanks for the information Paul, I've got some plinths but they're all Sowerby, I suppose I'll have to keep an eye out for the correct one ;D

agree, don't think that Jobling plinths turn up commonly - unlike Davidson and Sowerby - but provided it would fit and not wobble then almost any plinth might do - black and green look good.

should also have added that Bagley plinths are possibly the most common - but that may depend on where you're located.
