Title: Symbol on artistic glass that looks like an i and a B or 3. No info.

I have a decorative plate with that is hand made with included metal strips. I have searched many pages and cannot find the manufacturer or country.

I have attached the image of the symbol. It is etched. Thank you to anyone that can identify this.
