Help please to confirm if this is or is not Stevens and Williams Rainbow.

Height 16.25"
Diameter at rim 7"
Weight 2.5kg

Could we see a close up of the rim and base, it looks a little thin to me for S&W's.

Fieldings had one of these as Italian.

If it is Unknown as they state how do they give it that much of an attribution?

That's not a good description.  How do they know it's Italian? How do they know it's a studio piece?
