I bought this intriguing and rather lovely little vase today. It has me stumped. It stands 17.5 cm high at the pulled out lip. The base has practically no wear. The foot has been 'rounded' on a grinding wheel (not very well; it's rather wonky!). The top of the foot has also been notched all the way round the upper side. The white striping has little nodules pulled out at random, as you can see. There are no signatures or marks.
Any ideas who made it?

Victorian and possibly English maybe Bohemian. That foot has been modified to get rid of chips. I think these usually have a wider foot with a fluted edge
