Cranberry swirl Opaline glass, blacklight confirms Vaseline, looks like a baseball bat, open polished on end, hollow and fairly heavy

Is it hollow all the way through with a hole at each end like a tube? Maybe some sort of toddy lifter?

only one opening on the wider end and hollow all the way down to the other end which is closed. The toddy lifter thought was a great idea though!
