Title: Rusty Colored Cased Heavy Vase???

Picked this well made piece up it has a heavy base with tidy polished pontil
scar, The color is a typical one from mid century and the following couple of
decades from Scandinavian style producers. I have owned a larger vase that
was made by Riihimaki and wondered if this maybe a smaller version otherwise
not too sure any ideas help??? 25 cm tall
