Title: Frilly Rimmed Iridescent Oil Spot Stem Vase Loetz??

Nice heavy piece of glass with quite a lot going on inside the colors
reminds me of the oil spot or Papillon glass types in many ways
but doesn't seem quite right also on the foot mainly seems to have
a sort of yellowing of the glass underneath the iridescent colors or spots
not quite as fine as Loetz Pappilon i have had in past???
Measures 10" or so tall

I'm thinking it might be "loetz candia papillion"
