Title: Hadeland Orkide vase. Willy Johansson or Severin Brørby?

This 'Orkide' (orchid) vase is shown in the Hadeland 1965 catalogue, page 20 but not attributed to a designer.   I've seen this attributed to both Willy Johansson and Severin Brørby, who both worked at Hadeland Glasswork Norway, ( Brørby 1956-1967 and Johansson from 1960s) but I've not been able to find out which of the two designed it.
Anyone know please?
