Title: Black bubble vases

This pair of vases were literally found on the street awaiting the bin men by my sister in laws brother! I think they may be Murano and the mark from the sticker on the base of one fits that. Just a photo of one but can add the second, it’s similar but not exactly the same. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks

These are quite often sold as Murano, however, they were originally sold in Debhenams stores under the brand name 'Star' and designed by Julien Macdonald, produced in China.

There are a few different colour variations of this design.

Ahh that’s a shame, he thought he’d found something with a bit of age. They’re quite convincing as Murano

But I can't help wondering if discovering this might have been why they were put out on the street in the first place...  ;)
