Cant give you a direct answer.  However, I suggest Reijmyre as this bowl is one of theirs and the red makes me suggest them.

Thank you for replying although searching Reijmyre i cannot find anything they have done similar ,provided another picture of the base that has a pressed leaf a design maybe someone has seen anything similar

I was thinking maybe viking glass? although again i have not found anything the same
