Title: Unusual studio glass candelabrum - any ideas of maker?

I found this the other day in a local emporium. Any ideas who made it? Not much to say about it. It measures 21 cm wide, 11 cm high, 10.6 cm maximum width. Blue base, rest clear glass. Ground flat on the base, with no maker's marks.

Possibly by one of the Skrdlovice designers? One very similar shown here by Frantisek Spinar.

I remembered seeing similar in the Skrdlovice catalogue, a quick search and there it was  ;D
