Title: Elegant, studio glass grey stoppered bottle - any ideas of maker?

Can anyone help ID this lovely bottle? It's quite heavy at 911g (= 2 pounds).  It stands 36 cm high, 7 cm diameter at the bottom. The base is 2 cm thick. The stopper is hollow, 5.5 cm diameter. The pontil mark has been ground out, concave. There is some wear on the base, so it's not particularly recent in manufacture.

My first thoughts were Scandinavian, but can't find anything exactly like it in Internet searches. Thanks for any help you can give.
