I've never seen this type of bowl or vase flower holder insert before and had a bit of trouble trying to describe them so hopefully the picture does the job.
Both 5.5" in length and 1.5" across.
Does anyone have an idea who made them and what kind of bowl or vase they were intended for please?
TIA :)

Possibly for Davidson's 296 'Fan' vase.

Not mine but like this https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/195311367459?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=L4yc_HwRQ8O&sssrc=2349624&ssuid=h76BUnvMS6e&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY

Thank you folks :-*
The one place I didn't check was my copy of "Davidson Glass a history" ::). The 296 fan vase design by W.J.G. Fullerton, registered in 1938 is shown several times but the flower support isn't shown. I guess its really unusual to come across two of these at the same time.

Had another look and found a picture of a fan vase with the support on Chris and Val Stewart’s site. Certainly the shape is similar but I can’t see if it’s an exact match: http://cloudglass.com/Vases.htm (scroll down)

Thanks for that.
It looks to be an exact match :D
