Title: Crystal Goblet - 2 Wafers in Stem and Cut Swirl Leaves

Am having no luck finding the maker and/or pattern for this crystal goblet. It has two wafers in the stem and swirl cut leaves. It stands 4-5/8 tall and measures 3-5/8" wide at the rim. Any help is much appreciated.
