This Chinese pulled feather handled spatter glass vase is 7.5" (19 cm) high x 5" (12 cm) in diameter x 5.5" (14 cm) wide including handles and weighs 2.5 lbs (1.1 kg). It has a semi-matte concave pontil grind on the bottom. Yellow/brown/green/red spatter glass in a pulled feather design is encased in clear glass ... A lot of effort and different techniques went into making this vase, why I call it my "kitchen sink Chinese vase".
I am almost certain this is Chinese but was wondering if anyone could tell me something about it, maker, region of origin, anything really. Thanks!

I knew exactly what you meant by kitchen sink, not sure will translate internationally. Sarcasm in common vernacular U.S.A. Meant to convey an over elaboration or excessiveness. "the jones brought everything with them, including the kitchen sink" or " the jones brought every thing with them , except the kitchen sink".
Seems to be a fair amount of these colorful vases from China with the semi- polished pontils here on the west coast U.S.A.

I wondered if it would make sense and was prepared to explain but thanks for interceding!
