This is a little 11cm. ashtray with a Vasart etched mark. The main colour is green with hints of black, purple and blue, with tiny specks of aventurine. It has a part ground rough pontil with a crack emanating from it which appears to have been done during manufacture.
-
Apparently this type of crack was very common on early Vasart and Monart pieces due to the standard annealing process.

A photo of the crack.
