Title: Green Glass Pitcher With Etched head With Laurel Leaves

So I have not been able to identify this green pitcher at all. It almost looks like uranium glass but doesnt quite have the glow. It has an applied handle and if I had to guess I don't think it is very old.
There is an etched head on the side surrounded by laurel leaves? If anyone has any kind of information on the mark and pitcher I would greatly appreciate the help.

measures 8.5 inches tall and 7.5 inches spout to handle

I added a photo of the base and a close up of the etch mark. Thank you for responding andany assistance you may be able to provide.
