Pressed glass with ground & polished feet bottoms.. Pretty sure european probably 1930s. Which country? Looked through Pamela's site Pressed Glass Pavillion, no luck.
The pointed "horns" for lack of a better term follow all the way down and become part of the feet. They are also stippled. Tray is 15 in.x 12 in.

With the stippling I thought it might be Reich or Brockwitz but I can't find it. Also possibly Schweig & Muller. If you haven't done already you could try a trawl through Pamela's glas-musterbuch.de

Thank you for the lead. I had kinda forgot about the extensive catalogs in glass- musterbuch.de. I took a look through most if not all the catalogs dating 1930s to early 1950s. Still no luck.
I think " pebbling" probably a more precise term than my earlier use of stippling. Not true stippling.
