Title: Glass vase Murano?

I recently purchased this beautiful little vase.    Bottom has an etched signature but not sure if it’s legitimate.   Second word looks like Murano but not sure of first word.    Can anyone help with this.    If it is Murano what is the age?  The vase is about 10in/4cm tall.

Looks legit. The first word is Formia
