Title: Blue vase with vertical optic, where does it come from?

Hello everyone,

i have a nice blue vase with vertical optic.
The style is like Kristalunie Maastricht, but i cannot find such a model.
Or perhaps Doyen?
High 25 cm, diameter above 12 cm, weight 650 gram.
