Title: Does anyone recognize this bowl/dish or can give me a pointer

Hi.  Hope someone can help.  Found this bowl in the North West of England - no marks or labels and am hoping someone might either give me a pointer to date and maker or recognize it.  Lead Crystal (lovely ring when you tap it) and measures 27 cms in diameter x approx 7 cms deep and weighs 2.5 kgs.  Flat polished base with some age related marks.  If anyone has any questions or needs more images let me know.  Any help much appreciated.  Thanks
