Title: George Elliot for show.

Treated myself to this bowl today.
It is 125mm high, 120mm at the base and 205mm at the top.
It does not have the Bewdley mark or the anchor mark on the base.
Any ideas on where it was made would be appreciated.

According the dates here he was still teaching at Stourbridge College at the time that was made:

Not at all.  His history timeline is quite difficult to work out I think partly because there was mention that he travelled with his work as well.

I came across an interview conducted with Keith Cummings when I was looking online, where Keith Cummings mentioned that George Elliott had also worked at Whitefriars - I hadn't come across that info before.

 M, i did see your post in the studio glass section. Keith cummings must have had a good reason  to say that George Elliott worked at Whitefriars.
 I have had a look in the big Whitefriars book index pages and his name does not appear there.
Maybe they had quite a few freelancers working for them over the years and they are not recorded.
Hopefully some information will crop up in the future.
